Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. You can add any spices to the mustard, such as cloves or nutmeg, if desired. If the mustard seems too thick, dilute it with water or vinegar. Perfect served with pasta, meat, and vegetables.

1. Mix the mustard powder with hot water. Pour the water in a thin stream. Stir well until a thick, pliable mass forms.

2. Then, press the mixture down with a spoon and carefully pour boiling water along the side, 1 cm above the surface of the mustard mixture. When the mixture has cooled, stir it.

3. Add seeds, oil, spices, and vinegar to the mustard. Mix well and transfer to a jar, preferably a glass one. Cover with a lid and let it mature at room temperature for about 8 hours.
