Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. This colorful and spicy mustard is easy to prepare at home using minimal ingredients. The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week. To prevent the mustard from drying out on the surface, pour vegetable oil into the container so that it forms a thin layer over the top. The sauce is ready. Store in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Use flavorless oil, and you can substitute cucumber brine with tomato juice, etc.

Pour the brine through a sieve into a deep container, removing herbs, spices, etc.

Add sugar and salt to the brine, then pour in the vegetable oil. If you prefer mustard with a tangy flavor, you can add a little apple cider or 6% vinegar, about 1/2 teaspoon.
