Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use brine from cucumbers, tomatoes, or cabbage. The main thing is that it should not be too sour.

Put the mustard powder into a bowl or ramekin. Add sugar and salt to it.

Pour in the odorless vegetable oil and brine. You may need a little more or a little less brine, depending on the mustard consistency you prefer.

Thoroughly mix the sauce with a whisk or fork to ensure the mustard powder is completely soaked in the liquid.
