
Mustard in tomato brine
Description

It also keeps well for a long time. You can use not only tomato brine but any brine you have on hand. Besides brine, you'll need: mustard powder, oil, honey, and salt. All ingredients are readily available and can be purchased at any store. So take a look, the sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. To store the mustard conveniently, choose a jar with a tightly screwable lid; we recommend sterilizing it and drying it thoroughly.

3. Put mustard powder into a dry jar.

4. Use the brine directly from the jar of tomatoes; there's no need to heat it. Pour it over the mustard powder. Mix thoroughly. To prevent lumps from forming, it's best to gradually add the brine while constantly stirring.

5. Add honey, salt, and vegetable oil, mix well.

6. Close the jar, cover it with a towel, and leave it at room temperature for three to four hours (you can leave it overnight).
