Prepare a jar in which you can tightly seal the mustard. Wash it, pour boiling water over it, and dry it thoroughly.

Add the mustard powder to the jar, pour in the brine. Stir until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Add lemon juice, honey, salt, and oil. Mix well, cover with a lid. Let it sit in a warm place for 5 hours.
