Description

Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. Note that instead of mineral water, you can use any carbonated water, even soda. If using sweetened water, reduce the amount of sugar so it doesn't overpower the taste of mustard. An important point is the freshness of the water—it should be opened immediately before preparation, as the value lies precisely in the "bubbles." The sauce is ready. Store in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
