Mustard from mustard powder
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. I saw ready-made mustard powder in the store and thought, "Why not make homemade mustard?" It turns out you need very few ingredients. I used the vinegar I had at home—regular 9% apple cider vinegar. You can add a bit more salt if desired. I used mild mustard powder, not hot—one that's just right for me. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
