Pink salmon in cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Salmon is undoubtedly a very tasty and healthy fish, and every home cook has their own secrets for preparing it. For example, I never fry or stew it—I usually bake salmon in cream at home. Actually, you can use not only cream but also other dairy products, such as diluted sour cream or even milk—anyway, the result will be great. In my opinion, this simple recipe for salmon in cream is one of the best ways to make the fish juicy and incredibly tender. Be sure to try it. Serve hot.
