Pink salmon in a multicooker with rice
Description
Even discerning gourmets will be able to delight their taste buds with surprisingly tender fish that can be quickly prepared in a multicooker. My family has loved pink salmon with rice ever since we got a multicooker at home.
Instructions

Step 1

1. For this dish, I used whole pink salmon. This fish turns out excellent when combined with the sauce. The other ingredients require minimal expense.
- 2
Step 2

2. First, cut the pink salmon into medium-sized pieces. Place them on a separate plate and lightly salt.
- 3
Step 3

3. After that, cut all the vegetables into julienne strips. Grate the carrots on a Korean dish shredder.
- 4
Step 4

4. Also finely chop the herbs. Then sauté the vegetables using the "Sauté" mode. On your multicooker, select the appropriate setting.

Step 5

5. Next is the most crucial step. First, place the fish, then the vegetables, followed by the rice and greens. I used two measuring cups of rice and one measuring cup of broth or water. Pour it all in and set the "milk porridge" mode.

Step 6

6. After the ready signal, our pink salmon is done cooking in the multicooker at home. Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top and serve with fresh vegetables.
