Pink salmon in foil with lemon
Description
Pink salmon rarely turns out juicy because the fish is quite dry by nature, so it must be cooked very carefully to avoid spoiling the final dish. But I have a great little recipe I'd be happy to share with you—how to make pink salmon in foil with lemon. Actually, this is the only hundred percent reliable method that always results in very moist and incredibly delicious fish. I often prepare this pink salmon in foil with lemon at home, especially for family celebrations, since guests really love this dish.
Instructions

Step 1

First, we need to gut the pink salmon, remove its scales and fins, then thoroughly rinse and pat it dry. After that, cut the salmon into portion-sized pieces, add spices, salt, lemon juice, and lemon slices to the fish. Mix everything well and let the salmon marinate for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2

While the fish is marinating, we grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, and sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown. We season the sautéed mixture with a little salt and pepper, then spread it evenly onto a sheet of foil.

Step 3

Place the salmon on the vegetables with the cut side down, spread mayonnaise over the fish, and arrange lemon slices on top.

Step 4

Now we carefully wrap the fish in foil, making sure there are no holes, so the salmon juice doesn't leak onto the baking tray. Place the fish in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes, which will be sufficient.

Step 5

The finished pink salmon turns out really juicy and tender; be sure to try making it. Enjoy your meal!
