
Pink salmon in an air fryer
Description
The baked fish looks incredibly appetizing and pairs perfectly with absolutely any side dish. If you have an air fryer, be sure to prepare the fish using this recipe and treat your family to a delicious lunch or dinner.

Thaw the salmon fillet in advance. Rinse the thawed fillet under cool water.

Cut the fillet into portion pieces.

Rub each sliced piece with salt and ground black pepper.

Pour the flour onto a flat plate and coat each piece of pink salmon in flour on all sides.

Then grease a convenient baking dish for the air fryer with a thin layer of vegetable oil; I am using a silicone dish. Place the salmon pieces coated in flour into the prepared dish.

Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil and place it on the rack in the air fryer basket. Turn on the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Then remove the basket, take off the foil from the dish, and brush each slice of pink salmon lightly with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Place it back into the air fryer and continue cooking uncovered for another 10 minutes.
