Pink salmon stewed with vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This fish goes well with an unusual sauce. I suggest preparing it with a gravy. You'll remember this taste for a long time, and you'll definitely want to repeat the recipe again and again. Give it a try. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash, clean, and cut the fish body crosswise. Cut it into 4 steaks. Season each with pepper and salt, then let marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and slice the onion into half-rings. Heat a skillet with oil and add the vegetables.
- 3
Step 3

Simmer the vegetable mixture until the carrots are tender. Place the pink salmon on top.
- 4
Step 4

Pour water into the pan. Add the bay leaf as well. Cover the dish with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the flour with soy sauce, ketchup, and one tablespoon of water. Pour the mixture over the stewed dish.
- 6
Step 6

After everything comes to a boil, remove the pan from the heat. Let the dish stand for about 7 minutes. The finished dish goes well with potatoes and dill.
