Stewed pink salmon
Description
I really love fish, and it appears in my diet more often than other foods—sometimes fried, sometimes baked, and on detox days, of course, stewed. In this recipe, I'll show you how to quickly and deliciously prepare stewed pink salmon at home. This fish is quite finicky to cook because it often turns out dry, but with this simple stewed salmon recipe, the fish always comes out very juicy and incredibly tasty. I usually cook it in the oven, but you can easily prepare it on the stovetop or even in a multicooker—I think that won't affect the final result at all.
Instructions

Step 1

First, clean the pink salmon, remove the fins and scales, rinse the fish under running water, and cut it into portion-sized pieces. Then season the salmon with salt and pepper, and refrigerate for about half an hour.

Step 2

After the time has elapsed, take a baking dish and generously grease it with butter. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings, wash the lemon and cut it into slices.

Step 3

Now place the pink salmon in the baking dish, alternating with dill and lemon.

Step 4

Add the chopped herbs and place the fish in a preheated oven. Bake the pink salmon until fully cooked, about 25–30 minutes.
