
Baked pink salmon with carrots
Description
The recipe is extremely simple! You can add onion or sliced tomatoes to the carrot "shuba" (layered salad). In any case, the dish turns out very delicious! Pink salmon is juicy and tender, with an aromatic cheesy crust – absolutely irresistible.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Sauté the carrots in a frying pan until soft.

Add sour cream, salt, and finely chopped garlic.

Simmer everything together for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.

Cut off the head, tail, and fins from the salmon. Remove scales if necessary, clean out the insides, and rinse thoroughly under running water. Cut the fish into 3-4 pieces (depending on its size).

Remove the spine and large bones from each piece of salmon. Cut the fillets into portion-sized pieces. One fish yields 6-8 servings. Place the pieces skin-side down in a baking dish. Season with salt and ground pepper.
