Pink salmon steamed in a multicooker
Description
Tender, very juicy, and most importantly, incredibly healthy and delicious pink salmon cooked by steaming. It's very quick to prepare in a multicooker! Treat your loved ones to a healthy meal that can be ready in just one hour.

Step 1

1. I have a particular approach to selecting red fish. I always try to buy it from a supermarket and spend enough time choosing carefully. First, clean it or ask the store staff to do it for you at the time of purchase.

Step 2

2. Cut the fish into evenly sized medium pieces, season with salt and pepper. Optionally, you can prepare any fish marinade (for example, lemon juice).

Step 3

3. After that, slice the carrots. I cut them into rounds - this makes the dish look more appetizing and allows it to absorb the carrot juice better. Then I transferred everything into a stewing container, specifically the fish and carrots.

Step 4

4. I selected the "Steamer" function and waited 30 minutes for the pink salmon to be ready, steamed in the multicooker at home. The fish can be served as is or on a bed of fresh herbs, with sauce. If you're watching your figure or on a diet, it's better to eat it in its natural form (steamed, without additives or sauces).
