
Salmon stuffed with bulgur
Description
This method can be used to stuff any fish, resulting in a very attractive and delicious dish. If you don't like bulgur or can't find it, you can easily replace it with rice.

1. Fry the bulgur in melted butter.

2. Add the diced onion and sauté lightly.

4. Add the broth, season with salt and pepper, and leave until the broth is absorbed.

7. Cut the fish along the back, leaving the belly intact. Remove the bones, gills, and innards.

8. Salt and pepper the fish, drizzle with lemon juice. Secure with toothpicks if necessary to form a boat shape. Fill with bulgur.
