
Stuffed lettuce and seaweed rolls with shrimp

1. Cook the rice until done. Sticky, soft rice is better than dry, fluffy rice.

2. Boil the shrimp in salted water. Sauté them in vegetable oil. They can also be simply boiled.

3. Separate and rinse the lettuce leaves under running water. Use large lettuce leaves. Place a handful of rice onto each lettuce leaf. Put a shrimp on top of the rice.

4. Prepare the sauce: mix sesame sour cream, soy sauce, and cold-pressed olive oil. Add apple cider vinegar or a teaspoon of lemon juice and pepper. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and rice.

5. Roll the lettuce leaves like cabbage rolls. Pour boiling water over the sea kelp and cook for about fifteen minutes until done. Wrap the cabbage rolls with the sea kelp.

6. Cut the crab sticks lengthwise and use them to decorate the cabbage rolls. Tuck the sticks under the seaweed. Arrange the cabbage rolls on a plate and garnish with boiled egg, and cilantro or parsley.
