Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. As many hostesses, as many recipes for this dish. I think you probably cook cabbage stuffed cabbage rolls according to some other recipe. Well, let me share my own version :) In my opinion, a good recipe for cabbage rolls simply must include baking—only then does the dish turn out truly delicious and complete, almost like it's been cooked in an oven. I hope you'll like my recipe ;) The finished dish can be served at the table.

Then add the minced meat, pepper, salt, dill, and mustard. Mix everything well. Simmer until the beef changes color. Then add rice and carrots to the pan. Stir and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, then set aside. Now let's prepare the cabbage.

Keep the cabbage in the water for five minutes. Transfer the cabbage to a colander, but do not discard the water from the pot. Let some of the water drain off the cabbage. Then separate it into leaves. If you notice the leaves are still too firm, return the cabbage to the boiling water.
