Zucchini Cabbage Rolls
Description
Cooking stuffed cabbage rolls is always a pleasure! This time I decided to make them in an unusual way—using zucchini. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips, so you can wrap them around a "pattie" made of minced meat and rice. Then pour sauce over them and bake in the oven.

5. Separately mix the sour cream with ketchup and water (preferably broth). Also sauté the onion and carrots and add them to the sauce. Now pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls, place them in the oven, and bake for 35 minutes. The oven temperature should not exceed 180 degrees.
