Prepare the ingredients. Eggs and milk should be at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 220°C immediately and place a baking tin inside so it gets thoroughly hot. Crack the eggs into a bowl, then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.

Pour in the milk, add the flour, and whisk until no lumps remain.

Take the preheated pan out of the oven and grease it with butter.
