Description

The homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. Despite its name, this sauce has nothing to do with Holland. It is served with the popular breakfast dish "Eggs Benedict," as well as with boiled or sautéed vegetables and fish. The sauce must be stirred constantly during preparation to prevent the yolks from curdling, otherwise you'll have to remake it. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

    1. Melt the butter in the microwave, but do not let it boil.
