Hake with cheese and nuts
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest trying this incredibly tasty, yet not very well-known fish! It's cisco with an extraordinary filling: cheese, nuts, leek, and cream. If you can't find this fish, it can be successfully replaced, for example, with carp. The dish is perfect for a festive table. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Thaw the fish.

Step 2

Clean, remove the head, tail, and fins. Remove the bones and spine from the inside.

Soak the bread in wine, let it absorb.

Step 8

Cut the pepper into cubes.
- 9
Step 9

Add the chopped pepper and cream to the filling. Mix well.
- 10
Step 10

Place all the filling on one half of the fish.

Cover with the second half. Secure with toothpicks. Place lemon slices on top.
- 12
Step 12

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
