Gogol-mogol from egg whites

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Serve the finished dessert in beautiful glasses, garnished with grated chocolate or cocoa; some people add alcohol (liqueur, rum, or brandy). If you have leftover egg whites from baking, this is a great way to use them. Serve the dessert immediately after preparation, chilled.

Refrigerate the egg whites in advance, wash the bowl and dry it thoroughly, otherwise the egg whites won't whip properly.

Transfer the cooled egg whites to a clean bowl and beat using an electric mixer until foam forms.

Immediately after its appearance, add a spoonful of sugar and continue beating until a fluffy mass forms.

Transfer the gogol-mogol to a glass and serve immediately.
