
Alcoholic Gogol-Mogol
Description
This recipe is suitable even for those who are afraid of consuming raw eggs, as they are heat-treated. It is not advisable to increase the amount of alcohol, as it may spoil the taste and add bitterness. If desired, you can top the eggnog with cinnamon or cocoa.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making alcoholic gogol-mogol. Wash the eggs thoroughly in warm water.

Carefully separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Add sugar to the yolks and beat until fluffy.

Combine egg yolks with milk, mix until smooth, and pour into a saucepan. Place the saucepan over low heat and, stirring constantly, heat for 2–3 minutes. The mixture should thicken slightly but must not boil, otherwise you will get scrambled eggs. Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Beat the remaining egg whites into a fluffy, dense mass.

Adding one tablespoon of the custard mixture at a time, constantly whisking until both masses are combined.
