
Baked mushroom nests in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Even a beginner cook can easily prepare this dish. Use any mushrooms you like or have on hand, but keep in mind that wild mushrooms require longer cooking time compared to oyster mushrooms or button mushrooms. Overall, the dish is original and very tasty. Before baking, you can sprinkle the nests with grated cheese. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients for making mushroom nests.

Peel the potatoes, wash and slice them. Place in a saucepan, add water and season with salt to taste. Bring to a boil and cook the potatoes until done. Then drain the water.
