Homemade mulled wine
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. To make delicious glühwein, start by choosing the wine. Usually, semi-sweet or semi-dry varieties are used, such as Merlot or Cabernet. The spice mix can be varied according to personal preference. I used a classic blend, adding just a pinch of mint and lemon balm. In my opinion, it turned out very pleasant and delicate—give it a try. The drink is ready to serve.
