Marshmallow glaze
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. A trendy, modern way to decorate your kulich. This icing does not crumble or flake off; it holds well as a cap, helping to hide any bumps and cracks when needed. After application, the icing does not fully dry out; after about a day it will stop sticking to your hands, but it will still remain soft inside. This icing is made in the microwave in just a few minutes. I recommend coating the baked goods at least 1–2 days before Easter so it has time to dry a little; then you can put such a kulich in a basket or give it as a gift. Experiment with different colors and consistencies, and may your Easter baking be the most appetizing and beautiful.
