Glaze for Prague Cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When preparing the icing, keep in mind that it hardens very quickly, so prepare the cake in advance and immediately cover it with icing. Chocolate icing is suitable not only for a Prague cake. It's an almost universal recipe. Any pie, quiche, or pastry can be decorated with this icing. It's the best alternative to melted chocolate. The icing is easy to make, and the cost is several times lower than using chocolate. Serve chilled.
