Non-stick glaze for Easter bread
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Making non-sticky glaze for Easter bread is absolutely easy. Traditionally, Easter glaze is made from egg whites, but today I suggest a slightly different version. This recipe yields a snow-white, smooth glaze that holds its shape well. It's easy to prepare at home, and if desired, you can color it with food dyes. The only drawback is that it hardens very quickly, so you need to apply it immediately. If you have just a few Easter breads, you definitely should try this.
