Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The delicate creamy taste of fondant combined with the softness of fluffy Easter bread creates the perfect Easter mix. Treat your loved ones to this delicious pastry served chilled. Use soft, high-quality butter—preferably take it out of the refrigerator half an hour before beating. You may optionally add food coloring or sweet spices to taste.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Be sure to take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so it softens and can be easily beaten. Do this half an hour before starting to prepare the icing.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Pour the condensed milk into a deep bowl, parfait glass, or glass. Add lemon juice to it. If desired, you can use fresh lemon or concentrated lemon juice diluted with cold water.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Thoroughly mix the condensed milk with lemon juice using a whisk for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Place the soft butter into the bowl of a food processor or mixer and beat for about 1–2 minutes at high speed. It's very important to just fluff up the butter without over-beating, to prevent it from separating. Then pour the condensed milk into the bowl with the whipped butter and beat for another 1–2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Taste the frosting—it should not be overly sweet.

Using a spatula, spread the condensed milk glaze over the chilled Easter bread and decorate with sprinkles, fondant figures, or fresh berries and mint leaves. Serve the Easter bread at the table. Happy Easter!
