Dietary glaze for Easter bread
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. This icing is made with any sugar substitute of your choice, based on skimmed dry milk. Just mix and wait a little. Once set, the icing holds well and doesn't stick, tasting similar to condensed milk. You can add any flavoring you like. Instead of fructose, you can use any sugar substitute in the same amount as listed in the ingredients. Since their sweetness levels vary, carefully check the equivalent ratio to sugar. Fructose has a 1:1 ratio to sugar.
