
Candy glaze (cocoa butter)
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Not everyone keeps chocolate in the fridge, but cocoa and butter are often available. Using these ingredients, you can make a beautiful icing that works well for cakes, pastries, candies, and other sweets. This icing can also be made without butter; this version requires only water. Serve with tea or coffee.

Place the butter in a saucepan and put it over low heat.

Immediately add granulated sugar to the saucepan with the butter and pour in plain water, dissolve everything until a homogeneous mixture forms and stir.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside. Place the powdered sugar in a separate bowl and add the cocoa.

Thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl to obtain a uniform mixture of dry ingredients.

Pour a thin stream of the slightly cooled contents of the saucepan into the dry ingredients.
