Gingerbread Glaze
Description

This activity is especially loved by children, as it's fun and delicious! In this recipe, I'll tell you. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. To the egg white, add a little lemon juice and, while beating the mixture with a blender, gradually add powdered sugar (you can use regular sugar).

2. Once the mixture is whipped, you can apply the icing to the cookies. Since I have two types of cookies (plain and chocolate), I also made two-colored icing by adding cocoa to one part.

3. Leave the cookies overnight to let the icing cool. You can create patterns on the icing using colored sugar pens or colored icing.
