Description
Goes perfectly with tea and coffee. If you cannot have sugar for any reason, I suggest making a glaze for kulich using the sugar substitute erythritol. You can adjust the consistency to your liking. If you want it thicker, increase the amount of dry milk, and vice versa. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the ingredients according to the list.

Pour the dry milk into a suitable container.

Add the sugar substitute and mix with the dry milk.

Pour in the milk and stir.

Blend with an immersion blender for a smoother consistency.

Glaze the kulich right away, using whichever method is easiest for you.
