Fried Eggs for Breakfast
Description
Perfect with meals and drinks. Fried eggs are great because they cook very quickly. You can enjoy them on a weekday or make them on the weekend. Not many manage to make a perfect glaze so that the yolk stays runny and doesn't mix into the white, while at the same time the eggs don't burn. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Step 1

1. Pour a little oil into the pan and spread it with a brush. Carefully, so as not to break the yolk, crack 2 eggs into the cold pan.

Step 2

2. Place the pan over low heat and wait until the egg white is no longer transparent, then season with salt.

Step 3

3. Once the white has turned opaque, place the pan in an oven preheated to 160°C for 3–4 minutes. To help the egg release easily from the pan, put it back in the oven for a few seconds until you see the edges start to come away.

Step 4

4. Serve sunny-side-up eggs with a little seasoning to taste, along with fried bacon and sausage.
