Candied cheese curds with condensed milk
Description
You can safely give these chocolate-coated cheese snacks to children, because you know exactly what they're made of. Use only high-quality chocolate and condensed milk, and they'll turn out just like store-bought ones. Choose high-fat, smooth cottage cheese. If it's grainy, pass it through a fine sieve and then blend with a mixer. Although we personally prefer it when there are tiny little lumps.
