Glazed Cashews with Bacon

Perfect for the table and with drinks. An incredibly simple and very tasty appetizer! My husband loves glazed cashews with bacon alongside a glass of beer. My sons never pass up a plate of this appetizer either. Treat your loved ones to this simple, hearty, and delicious appetizer. Can be served warm or chilled.

   1. Fry the bacon over medium heat. Sprinkle with sugar and cook for 2 minutes.

   2. Add the cashews, curry, salt, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients in the pan.

   3. Place the semi-cooked bacon with cashews on a baking sheet and bake them on parchment paper in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Let cool and taste!
