Description

The recipe won't take much time. Place the broth ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Add sliced onion (thin half-rings) and cook until tender (sweet, with a slight crunch). Add thinly sliced meat (as for beef stroganoff) to the broth and cook until done, about five minutes. Place the cooked meat over boiled rice in deep bowls. Serve hot.
