Gyucpot
Description
The recipe won't take much time. There are several ways to prepare Hutspot. The meat can be stewed with wine or boiled with vegetables. Spices are added at the cook's discretion. One thing remains constant: the cooked vegetables are mashed into a coarse puree and served with the meat. By the way, Hutspot is an outdated name. The term is hardly used in modern Netherlands. If you see "Stamppot" on a menu, that's exactly what it is. Serve hot.
