Meat-stuffed gözleme
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. The main ingredient of the filling is meat. In addition, I also add boiled potatoes. If you prefer a vegetarian version of the filling, I can suggest cottage cheese with herbs or cheese with herbs. This time I used a mixture of rye and wheat flour, but you can use just one type. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. I wash the potatoes and transfer them to a pot, cover with water, and boil until cooked, then let cool. In a bowl, I sift the flour, add the yeast, and a pinch of salt.

2. Warm the water to room temperature and pour it into the dry ingredients, add olive oil and knead an elastic dough.
