Hawaiian Toast
Description
The appetizer is prepared quickly and easily. For the toasts, it is best to use sweet-and-sour pineapples to taste. They can be complemented with celery greens, basil, or cilantro. The ham can be replaced with jamón or dry-cured pork neck. It is best served with lemonade or coffee. It can be served warm or chilled.
