In a large bowl, mix the yeast mixture, flour, ghee, salt, and garlic powder. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Next, shape the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and set the bowl in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
