Side dish for chicken cutlets
Description
Vegetables should be washed, chopped, layered in a dish, and then simmered. Before serving, sprinkle the ready vegetable side dish for chicken cutlets with fresh herbs.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Slice the eggplants and carrots into thin rounds. Place a layer of half the eggplants at the bottom of the pot, then a layer of half the carrots on top. Lightly salt.
- 2
Step 2

Slice the onion into rings and make a layer using half of the onion.
- 3
Step 3

Then slice the bell pepper and garlic for the new layers.
- 4
Step 4

Then repeat the layers — eggplants, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic. On top, place a layer of sliced tomatoes.
- 5
Step 5

Add a spoonful of vegetable oil.
- 6
Step 6

Pour in a little rice vinegar. This is an optional ingredient; if you don't like vinegar, you can skip it.
- 7
Step 7

Cover with a lid. To prevent burning, cook as follows: 3 minutes over high heat, another 5 minutes over medium heat, and then 30 minutes over very low heat. Do not open the lid to prevent moisture loss, as the dish cooks in its own juices.
