
Side dish for beef
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Let's start preparing an original side dish for beef. Peel and boil the potatoes, then mash them into a puree. Prepare garlic butter in a skillet using butter, garlic, and spices. Mix it into the mashed potatoes along with half of the grated cheese. Beat well, top with the remaining cheese, and bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot.

Peel and put the potatoes on to boil.

Melt the butter in a skillet and add chopped garlic, one tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary (can be substituted with dried), pepper, and salt. Heat the mixture for one minute over medium heat, then set aside.

Mash the cooked potatoes into a puree, place them in a pan with the garlic butter, add half of the finely chopped cheese, and blend with a mixer.

Then place the potatoes in a small saucepan and arrange the pieces of remaining cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and place the potatoes inside for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese melts. Garnish the finished dish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
