Millet side dish
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'd like to mention that you can use not only water but also broth as a base for cooking millet. It could be a vegetable broth or a light stock, or even a meat broth if you're serving boiled meat as the main dish, for example. Porridge is always healthy and delicious. Serve hot.

2. Place the millet in a saucepan, pour in cold water, and put on the heat. After boiling, drain the first water. Pour in cold water again and bring to a boil. This time add a little salt to taste, reduce the heat, and let it simmer.

3. When the water has completely absorbed, cover the pot with a lid and let it sit for about 15 minutes before serving, allowing it to steep. If desired, you can add butter to the porridge.
