Hamburger
Description
An excellent hamburger for a hearty snack, prepared in a non-traditional way. It turns out very tasty and filling. Another key requirement is a quality bun. You can toast it on both sides if desired, but that is not mandatory. Spices are also an important detail for ensuring the finished hamburger turns out delicious.

Step 1

1. To save time, I chopped all the vegetables in a food processor. But doing it by hand will take no more than 10 minutes. In vegetable oil, sauté the carrots, onion, and celery. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.

Step 2

2. Fry the ground beef separately. Do not add too much oil, so the filling does not turn out too greasy. It is better to add a little water midway through frying and cover with a lid. As is well known, ground meat cooks very quickly.

Step 3

3. Add the ground meat to the vegetables and add ketchup with tomato paste. Mix everything and add the spices. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

Step 4

4. Add a little water and cover with a lid. Braise until the water evaporates. Then transfer to a separate dish and let cool.

Step 5

5. Cut the bun in half and add the filling. It should look a little messy—that’s the whole charm of a hamburger.
