Homemade Hamburger (Healthy)
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To assemble the burger, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun and top it with a tomato. Then add the patty, topped with a fried egg. The top half of the bun, spread with sauce, will be garnished with pieces of onion. Join the halves together. The hamburger is ready. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions

Step 1
The mince in the patty should be made from chopped beef, so first you need to chop the meat into a coarse mince with spices added. Add finely chopped onion and ketchup to the mince. Mix everything thoroughly and shape the patty. It needs to be patted down several times to release excess air.

Step 2
During this time, slice the onion into thin rings and slice the tomatoes the same way. Pour vegetable oil into a hot skillet and fry the patty on both sides for 5–7 minutes.

Step 3
Prepare two sunny-side up eggs, lightly salting and peppering them. Cut the buns in half and lightly toast them on the skillet on the cut side so the sauce does not immediately soak into the surface. Spread Tartar sauce on the bun and assemble the burger.
