Description

The recipe won't take much time. Cooking dumplings in a multicooker is very simple. All you need is a multicooker and desire :) You can use any dough recipe you already have. I'll share another recipe with you. The dumplings turn out tender and fluffy. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste preferences. So, roll up your sleeves and let's start cooking. 1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and beat the eggs into it. 2. Add semolina and flour. 3. Rub soft butter with sugar and salt. 4. Add the butter mixture to the flour and knead the dough. It should be sticky, not stiff. 5. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes. Let it rest and mature. 6. Pour water into the multicooker and set it to the "multicook" mode at 160°C. 7. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and start shaping the dumplings. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll the dough into a sausage about 2 cm thick, then cut it into small pieces. 8. Drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook in the same multicooker mode for 10 minutes. 9. Serve the cooked dumplings with sour cream, butter, or jam. Enjoy hot.
