Ukrainian Halushki
Description
This very simple recipe for Ukrainian halushky has saved me more than once. I'm good with dough, and flour, onions, and eggs are always on hand. Minimal time—and a hearty dish is ready to serve. Ukrainian halushky can be cooked with potatoes or without. You can eat them with milk and just sprinkled with sugar (as my daughter did until she was about 10). You can serve them as a main dish or as a side dish with meat and vegetables. It all depends on your taste and preference.
