Description

Traditional halushki aren't to everyone's taste, but you definitely should try tender homemade potato halushki with mushrooms. If desired, you can add boiled meat to make the dish a complete lunch or a hearty dinner.

    1. Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings. Set aside a small portion, and place the majority into a frying pan with heated oil. Sauté over medium heat until translucent.
